1. The mission of CV's of candidates is under their responsibility and the contents in these figures indicates that each candidate is accurate and true.
2. Each candidate gives the REDEX SA, by sending his CV, his express authorization to carry out the required processing of the personal data contained in the CV and any other information personnel, obtain ownership of REDEX SA into responsibility of the Applicant.
3. The REDEX SA under this authorization shall process personal data of candidates in accordance with the provisions of Law. 2472/1997, as each time, and any other relevant statutory provision, with the purpose of evaluating the candidates skills to cover position, which sent their CV, or to cover another position managed by REDEX SA, for which, during the treatment, they have the required skills.
4. The REDEX SA may designate persons as processor or transmitting of affiliated Copelouzos Group of Companies the submitted personal data within the limits of the above mentioned provisions.
5. Each candidate has the right to information and refusal as well to Articles 11 to 13 of  Law. 2472/1997.
